A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING
How self-sufficient is each farm?+
Each residence is designed with its own productive farm, water infrastructure, solar generation, battery storage and food reserves. The aim is a meaningful supply of fresh food and greater independence in essential services. Complete food or energy autonomy has not been validated; output depends on the site, season, household demand and ongoing inputs.
Who takes care of everything?+
The proposed estate team manages the farms and routine infrastructure care through the monthly membership. Owners enjoy the harvest and can participate as much or as little as they wish. Staffing and service levels will be defined in the final membership agreement.
Where in Patagonia will RESERVA MOGEN be?+
The location is being evaluated within Argentine Patagonia, with dependable water, productive growing conditions and practical airport access central to site selection. The project does not yet have a confirmed site. Patagonia is diverse; every parcel requires its own climate, soil, water and access assessment.
Can I make the residence my own?+
The signature home establishes the starting point. Larger residences and tailored services are envisioned as optional upgrades, subject to the selected site, design development and final pricing.
What stage is the project at?+
RESERVA MOGEN is in project development. This presentation introduces the proposed experience and offering to prospective owners. Images are architectural visualizations, and the residences, infrastructure and estate services shown are not yet built or operating. No reservation or payment is collected on this website.
